Recipes: Stir Fried Honey Pork
Serves 4
You will need:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 Boyne Valley Honey
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 clove garlic 120mls fruit juice
1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped into strips
1 chopped onion
500 grams pork pieces
Directions:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, corn flour,
ginger, garlic and fruit juice.
Marinate pork in the mixture for at least half and hour.
Heat a wok or frying pan with a little oil and fry the pork until browned.
Add onion and pepper and then the marinade.
Stir until thickened.
Serve with rice or noodles.
